School is starting tomorrow and I want to finish posting our last little bit of summer stuff. I must say though we didn't go anywhere far for the summer, we did manage to get a lot accomplished.
I am beginning to see that I seem to be progressively posting more and more photos in each time. I really need to upload all the photos we take of our week's activities onto my laptop right after we take the photos so that I can update the blog with more recent photos. I haven't transferred the photos over for two weeks and I realized I have missed so many photos to post. There are quite a bit of photos in this post which is an accumulation of our last two weeks of activities. Just as I am uploading to this post, Brennan stops by and looked through all the photos I am posting and said, "Dad we did a lot of activities and had a lot of fun. Thank you dad." So with comments like that, its all worth it to continually post and so hopefully one day when our kids grow up, they can see what they've done - my photo journal to them.
The above two pictures have no place anywhere in the post so I just decide to post them anyways because Cayleigh's got such an awesome 'cheese' smile. Abbey keeps reminding me that I've ruin all our kids smiles by teaching to 'cheese' like this but on the contrary I love it!
The following are from Port Discovery in Baltimore where the kids had a blast. Thanks to Target store supplementing the cost from $12.95 person person to just $2.00 per person on every third Friday from 4pm until 7pm during the summer, we were able to enjoy this great fun at a extremely good price.
Brennan spent at least 45 mins on building the pipes to reroute the water.
We all had a whole lot of fun there! There was definitely lots of things for the kids to play and learn with hands on activities to promote their abilities
There was the County Agricultural Fair a few weeks ago. It's pretty awesome and with lots of things to see and play. Abbey's actually pretty good to take the kids to farm area where they can see the farm animals and play with farm toys and avoid the amusement area where you have to pay for everything. The kids end up really enjoying the sights of the animals and farm rides.
These are photos from the Holmestead Farm where the kids get a close look at animals in their own habitat.
This goat actually escaped his fence and the kids enjoyed him coming out and feeding him. Gladly he didn't bite them nor charged at them.
This photo is pretty much by itself but something worthy to mention. When Clayton was going to his first year of Pre-K, after Abbey dropped him off, she'll usually go grocery shopping with Cayleigh. Since the Asian grocery stores don't open until 9am, so she'd go to American grocery stores to get the things she need. Every morning Cayleigh would smile at the seafood person and so after time that person got to know Abbey and Cayleigh well. Then when summer comes around and Abbey takes the boys to buy groceries, they got to know the seafood person as well and always ask to see the live lobsters. Pretty every time when they stop by, the seafood person was really nice to take out a huge lobster and show it to the kids!
Brennan's has mastered how to swing himself very high!
Cayleigh has mastered herself to climb up the fort all by herself.
And her confident smile and cool shades proves she's growing up!
The Tran family invited to play with TT at a park closeby their house. The park's pretty awesome! It made to be very spacious that handicapped kids can play in it too!

Someone don't like the feeling of being left behind!
Some people just never grow up.
This past weekend we went to Brookeside Gardens observatory where the guide took up to learn of all the animals in our backyard creeks and streams. We went fishing and hunting for crawfish. We didn't catch much but did enjoyed it.
OK the following will have an explanation. We did not plan on ruining the scenery of the Temple grounds and let our kids pick the flowers. When Cayleigh saw the pretty flowers she went over and touch them and feel them and next thing we knew she was pulling one out. So we stuck one on her ear.
Once on her ear, she knew she was very pretty and smiled for the camera! What a cheese smile!
