2013 First day of school

First day of school again. This year Brennan got into 4th grade Gift and Talented program at Fox Chapel. Clayton continues 2nd grade at Ronald McNair ES.

Daddy went to work late so he could make breakfast for the kiddos. The boys got new shoes for the school year. Brennan finally graduated his old backpack that he used for the last four years and got a big boy backpack.

Drop off and pick up schedule this year is kind of crazy. Mommy still hasn't made up her mind what she should do. For the first day, the boys both took buses to school. Dad went with Brennan to take picture and Mama took picture with Clayton at the bus stop.

Cayleigh will start next week. She can't wait.

All woke up an hour earlier than last year. Thanks to Brennan getting into the special program =)

2013 County Fair

This is Brennan and Clayton's second year in 4H. They participated in the 4H fair parade last Sunday. This year the theme is "All you can be From A to Z".

They waited patiently for couple hours until the parade started at 5pm.

Clayton brought a Altas book to read as we needed to wait. While his friends were having fun and buying ice cream, Clayton tried to keep Sabbath day holy.

They did well on the wagon.

On Wednesday, Mama took the kiddos to the Fair. They were excited to ride the trolley.

Clayton is still Clover this year. He entered his painting and got a participation ribbon!!

Since we were in Williamsburg, Brennan just entered his Oatmeal Rasin cookie. He got fifth prize.

Cayleigh found the decorated toilet interesting.

The boys also checked out the woodwork booth.

Clayton stacked all the napkin rings. It was fun for him.

Now the boys had they own money, Clayton decided to get the pig nose after watching the pig race. Donesn't he look funny??

We also got a chance to see the birth of a calf. Not something Mama likes to watch but the kids insisted that we should wait until the cow gave birth.

Mama got the boys wristband before they left in the afternoon. When Daddy came home, the boys went to ride all night long. Daddy and Son hangout once a year. They had a blast.

Clayton got LUCKY!! He is "barely" over the 48inch mark which makes him able to ride 95% of the rides!
