Finally! Two out and one to go! The time has finally come where both boys are going to the same school. Abbey has decided to take them out of the immersion program due to many factors and decided to attend our local school. This actually gives her an hour each for her to prepare breakfast, cook the boys' lunches, read scriptures to them, and literally walk 2 minutes to the bus stop to meet up with the neighborhood children; otherwise she have to wake up and drag boys out of bed, get them to eat a quick breakfast and have to drive 10 minutes to the bus stop so the boys would take the 40 min ride to the Immersion school.

Are we ready for school!

FF is super excited too! She got her Minnie Mouse purple backpack!

Brennan's already at the bus stop while Clayton is accompanying her

Yeah!! The bus is here! and early by 10 minutes! (Good thing we went to the bus stop early)

FF is not so happy b/c she can't get in the bus!

Mamma's kisses and poor FF is crying really bad.

There goes the boys.

Clayton's first time on a real school bus!

There it goes!

As a semi-excited father, I made sure my car is in front of the bus so when the boys get in the bus, I rush to my car to beat the bus so I can make it to their school to catch them coming out of the bus.

At school the orderly plan of where students were 'supposed' to line up didn't last one minute. It was this chaotic when I arrived.

The boys got boys got their school bus route right on their chests!

Clayton's teacher making sure he's in the right group.

There goes SS in carpet time!

Brennan found his seat; no problem. He is actually on the second floor of his school which he is quite excited about.

As the post states, many firsts. Such as the case of first time both boys (actually three boys are out of the house at the same time so the girls can rule the place) So what do they do??? Take a wild guess!!! Yeap-go shopping!!! So below you'll see that the first thing they do is shopping for FF. But the good thing is that shopping comes with a catch: first FF has to get out of diapers completely and in order for her to do that Abbey bought her Dora undies!! This is a first because FF actually wore them all day (right after she finished unleashing a massive load in her diapers at the Target where she got the her Dora undies) Then Abbey got her more stuff as seen below. So at home when she has an inclination to go, she'd go on the potty! Awesome! even though she got the potty as a Christmas present which has been used as a step stool for the bathroom sink to wash her hands and play with water. But hey, it's finally being put to proper use even after nearly nine months!

Below is another thing that is kind of a first: that we(I) were able to pull Brennan's baby tooth out. This is actually his second tooth but we'll claim it as the first one we pulled out since he lost his first tooth in Florida during our trip. I've been trying for weeks to remind CC to wiggle his tooth try to pull it out. It was still tight while his adult tooth was forced in the back. A couple days ago I wiggled it harder and it hurt wiggled a lot but did not come out. Well tonight I wiggled a bit harder than last time and it started bleeding around the tooth. Then I used my fingers and pluck it; with a crunchy cartilage sound, it flung out of his mouth flinging towards the bathroom floor while blood was gushing out of CC's tooth cavity. His first reaction was, "Ahhh that hurts! what you do that for?! You trying to kill me dad!" while his mouth is bleeding. Within minutes of washing his mouth, cotton balls and toilet paper, we contained his bleeding and he just has a gaping hole. Everyone wanted to see the bloody mouth and tooth. This was a first for me too.

The Changs and us wanted to do a BBQ before we wind down the summer. So we went to Fletcher's boathouse and had a really nice cookout and then fish right along the Potomac! It was a great day for family fun.

Abbey tried to mimic the Hong Kong style BBQ with cooking meatballs on a stick...while the girls were on the floor playing with pebbles the entire time. The boys were off fishing!

So FongFong's hair is too long and Abbey wouldn't let me touch her hair. So these are the pictures I saw when I came home one day.

As the summer closes, we were still able to squeeze in one more bit of fun at the county fair with our cousins.

As you can see the above photos are of animals that Abbey took the kids to see during daytime. The following photos are of me taking the boys out and enjoying the rest of the evening at the fair.

I was surprised that Clayton is the one that want to ride the coaster and this photo clearly expresses his feelings about G-force.

We had fun well into the night. We even had funnel cake with all kinds of toppings! In fact the boys didn't want to go home at all. But finally 9:30pm was my cut off time.
