So I took a day off to take everyone down to DC to see the National Christmas tree how beautiful it is. It was warm considering the winter days. We enjoyed it a lot and the boys loved the trains that run around the tree!

The little towns with different trains just absolutely made the whole experience for the boys to see the National tree a great treat.

Can you see us? If not..click on the photo and zoom in. (Hint: we're the little chinese people in there)

The boys with the grands!! in front of the White House.

I wanted to take a nicer shot so I was walking over the fence to the middle of the street where the cop was and was told go get back. (I guess I made him feel a little uncomfortable-just trying to be friendly)

We continued onto the American History museum where the boys played for bit, then headed to the Visitor's Center. It was really really pretty there. Lots of lights and things to see for the boys. If you have a chance, go and enjoy the lights!!

Sorry for the late post..there's been a lot of adjustments in the house.

We've finally put up our Christmas tree!! We actually did it last week because we wanted to wait until the grandparents come and put up the tree with them.

It's been two whole weeks Abbey's parents have been here and despite all things, they are helping out a lot around the house. They are 'fattening' up Abbey which means that all she does all day is eat and sleep-literally. They are cooking, cleaning, washing, drying and help with everything else that Abbey used to do. It has helped Abbey lot and the baby too, which in turn everyone's in a good mood so far.

We all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. As usual, we would have the actual Thanksgiving Dinner at Da's parents home. The very next morning we set off to Brooklyn to visit our old friends. What Abbey didn't know was that I managed to get all the friends in Brooklyn to throw a surprise baby shower for Abbey up there. (thank you everyone for making this such a success and all your cute cute girlie clothes) Enjoy the photos.

(ps-on our way home Monday afternoon, Clayton didn't feel well and was throwing all over in the car. Brennan did the same later that night along with Clayton until they've emptied their stomachs. It was a rough night. The next day, the boys seem to be better and were on a soft food diet. They are all better now.)

We are making a lot of changes and moving a lot of furniture and doing a lot of things around the house to prepare for the arrival of our baby girl. As most of you know, Abbey has slowly changing her ways from when the boys were in her tummy and now doing all kinds of girlie things such as crocheting in previous posts to other things below.

For one thing, mama is making good use of her big belly: a temporary desk table so she can fill forms, write letters, and and keep a journal of things happened. (Yes her belly is that big already)

We've moved the boys together into one room! (great idea? or big mistake?-we will find out) Clayton is afraid of the dark and doesn't like to sleep in one room by himself so most nights he'd walk out of his room and go to his brother's room, on the hallway or in front of our room and sleep on the floor. So we've decided to move Brennan over and put them in the same room which would also give a free room for the new baby. For one thing they love their new room and new beds. First things first: Brennan settles on this new bed by jumping right on it. Clayton loves his new bed too. In this picture the boys rather sleep on one side of the room and share the other bed for their sister.

Both boys are reading (or pretending to read) and get ready to read stories to their little sister. They seem to love their new room and sharing the rooms. The first night, they would not stop talking through the night. We would recorded but it was just too fun to hear them talk to each other to sleep. So, so far so good they haven't fight yet and Clayton doesn't mind that he sleeps without the frame but sooner or later he will.

Picture of the day. For a very long time we've train the boys to continue kiss their little sister before bedtime. They really love their little sister and she reacts to their voices and kisses.

The cold weather is definitely here and what else better to do than to get ready for the winter. With the way the economy is going, clothes are expensive so Abbey decides to get crafty. I think with a baby girl on the way and the mixture of female emotions and a hint of femininity along with the artistic side of female brains all attached in one body...wonderful creations can happen as you can see below.

See Abbey spent sleepless nights (so did Da thanks to the bright room lights) and hundreds of hours to make this blanket for our coming daughter. Of course her brother's got to test it to make sure its warm, cozy, comfortable, and safe. What good brothers.

Mama's even making hats or making different hats for our daughter. Nice hey?

Mama made (crochet) these cool beanie hats for the boys to brace for the cold weather. They fit perfect and they boys love them.

I would only assume they love the hats or just making funny faces. Now where's the hat for Da since he's loosing hair, he needs some warmth on his head. (Maybe that will be a project in the far future when she has more time on her hands and all the kids have gone to college)

Here are some photos of the good looking boys. Take a guess who dresses them? (hint: a person with good taste)

Digging up some month old photos, we actually have some of them playing well together.

Brennan's Chinese School teacher always give away things at the end of each class and this day he's given a pair of cool shades and luckily Clayton got a pair too. They are cool little super stars.

Got milk? want a kiss with that too?

Even mom joins in on the fun.

Everyone's in it!

This was dangerous, we could've lost a kid or so, OR were they just playing?
