2021-04-12 FF first day of in-class school

Today marks a milestone for FF. It is her first day of in-person school since Covid, in April 12, 2021. This is her first year in middle school and she has never been to any of her classes. She was very excited to go back to school to see her friends and meet new ones. So she has to wear a mask all day at school and the desks are six feet apart. The teach will teach online while some kids are in class and some are online. FF would have her Chromebook on her desk to follow the teachers' materials. But she says still wants to go back to school! She really likes it!

2021-04-10 Young Men biking

It was a cool and cloudy Spring Saturday morning the YM went biking along the C&O Canal at Riley's Lock to Swain's Lock. The roads were a little wet and drizzle throughout the entire ride. But it was a very nice 10-11 mile bike ride.

2021 Spring camping with cousins at Rayston Lake in Seven Points PA - Day 3

Sunday was the last day at camp. The temperature continued to rise. It hit 60s on Sunday. After breakfast, we hiked to the beach in the campground. Since the beach was not officially opened till Memorial Day. We got to enjoy the beach all to ourselves.

Kids were tired after spending time at the beach. We cleaned up and left around 3:30pm. We got home safely around 6pm. We look forward to go back again in the Summer and maybe rent a boat at the Marine when it opens again.
