Back in 2017 we visited Denise's family during our cross country road trip , three years later we visited them again. This time the kids have grown, Denise renovated the inside of her house, and Woffy is still spoiled.
First thing the kids did when they get out of the car is to climb their tree!
Dinners and meals were super delicious and ORGANIC!
So Denise's mom has been asking Denise to help her apply some forms for years and finally Abbey started the forms. Nothing can wait so forms and signatures must be filled immediately right on the spot, even if they are kneeling on the floor! But the forms need to be filled!!! -immediately!

Then we went camping for two nights/three days at Starved Rock State Park. It was great!
After getting Kylin very excited about fishing and he was the only one that caught any fish, we headed straight Walmart to buy some fishing gear. So apparently with Covid, all the stores are sold out of outdoor gear, including fishing stuff. So Da took them to the BASS Pro Shop to get fishing gear because they must have them. Apparently all the beginning fishing gear are all gone too, so Kylin and Denise purchased some nice fishing gear!
Right after getting the gear we went back close to their house to the Lagoon and fished right away.
Kylin became an instant pro by casting and within seconds he caught a bluegill!
Popo prepared the white striped bass that Kylin caught and mom fed him the fish! He doesn't like fish but tried it anyways!
We also went to the beach to enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan water!
And the kids even had a tennis coach to teach them how to play tennis
The water balloon fight that Denise bought like a thousand balloons for us to attach each other. Crazy fun!
So apparently Denise is an expert and has quite a collection of hand made jewelry. Cayleigh really enjoyed time make jewelry with her.
When it was time for Kylin to go, he went down to the basement early in the morning and gave hugs to the kids before he left.
When we said our goodbyes, Da drove 13 hours straight home, stopping only for gas and bathroom.
