So we are finally getting Clayton to be in the waters..he seems to like it. Brennan on the other hand can dive and swim under water for about 10 seconds, dive and swim by himself with the help of the dumb-bars.

I think its great to seem him with mom and how his little swim trunk has a huge air bubble to hold his butt up..hehe

I am surprised he's kicking ..but does he really know he's kicking or he just wants the duckie now matter what?

Mom's all happy b/c she can finally get in the water....

One of many reasons to swim: to swim with friends.

Do you see a dimple?

He looks so much more mature (just like his baba..haha )

So we come down to the piggy back ride and Brennan was very willing to carry Clayton around. If Clayton grabs on, I can let go.

This past weekend was too good to pass so we decided to visit the National Zoo in Washington DC. Its only an hour drive from our house. We went in the late afternoon. It was just beautiful and Brennan and David had the most fun. Clayton just tagged along and enjoy the scenery. We were fortunate that the Pandas were eating and moving around as you will see in the video, right afterwards they went to sleep. We had a chance to walk around the Zoo to see other animals. It was lots of fun!

We were sitting along the path of the Asian trail to see the Panda bears.

David and Brennan were waving HI to the Emu.

Here's the Panda sleeping right after he ate.

Clayton enjoying the yellow monkey jumping around.

There was an alligator outside and mom have to lift Brennan to see him through the telescope. The alligator was only 5 feet away.

Thats us.

Clayton seems to be so serious in all photos...(must have mom's traits hehe)

That's my boy. See the kid on the left, he copied my idea right after we left.

Clayton refused to be photographed. Nice.

We were looking at the Prairie Dogs and it seems Clayton enjoyed this the most.

The Boys!! with Mr. Triteratop.

Finally he's warming up.

Here's the last stop with the Panda bear.

We had an absolute blast going to the Zoo. We have to do it again when the weather cools down and take the Subway so the kids get a kick out of the rides.

We found this farm last week after swimming class. Their sign next to the road has Brennan's favorite "corn" on it. They just open for the summer and so we stopped by again after Brennan's soccer class. Oh, they have great "local" peaches for only 1.29 a pound. Last time we got 8 and 6 disappeared before we got home (it's only 10mins ride). So this time Mama got another 10 for today. If they disappear as fast as last time, we will come back again tomorrow after swimming class.

They have some new chicken and hens this time.

Brennan had a great memory. He reminded Mama to stop by at the farm, so he can get "corn, peaches" and see "sheeps".

Someone please tell me what that is, Mama has no clue.

Brennan keeps counting them. According to the worker there, the big one is actually not the parent of the little ones.

The worker there was so nice to take the rabbit and let us pet.

Even Clayton wanted to touch the little rabbit. He was so excited and happy to give it a gentle pet. *should of get a better pic if mama doesn't need to take the pic herself =p

We signed up Brennan for his soccer class. He is the youngest in the class. We are glad he finally enjoyed it after 6 sessions (out of 8). Today he teamed up with Kyle, another kids and made his first goal. Mama is so proud of him.

Brennan got the ball after the coach started the game.

Look at his post before he made the goal...(sorry mama missed the shot that when he made the goal...but he did.)

At the end of the class, they shouted "We love soccer." So cute!

So going back several months, we decided to get out of town and go visit the Tang family in Richmond VA. They were extremely hospitable and hosted us for a couple days to stay there and catch up on old history and played games. Well, while they adults were nice, the would-be sumo wrestler Anderson with his helmet, didn't play so nicely-at least for this one time. The very ironic and funny thing is somehow one way or another Clayton learned from that and did that to another baby smaller than him.

This is back in January when he got crushed.*

So this set of photos were taken about a month ago. See Clayton seems to use the same sided hand to beat up Alvin. He did something even worse, he see the pretty ring toy, crushes Alvin's head, and takes it and runs away knowing that he crawls faster than Alvin. Poor Alvin. *
Click here for Alvin's mom's post.

*Disclaimer: Just in case some parents get upset at these photos. These were meant to humorous. No babies were harmed. None of the photos were taken in sequential order. Everyone is still friends.

In case you have not heard, our little Clayton don't get bruises on this head; instead he breaks his nose. Actually we don't think its broken nose, but by the way he fell it looks really bad however he cried for about 5 seconds and that was it. Our boys take pain fairly well; either that or we have no sympathy for our kids and they just don't cry for our sympathy anymore. One or the other.

We had a splash over the 4th of July. Mark and Beverly invited us to Evan's birthday party. I think Brennan has more fun by getting as many people wet as he can.

It starts innocent enough as brothers getting wet in the pool.

Then when Evan got in, it we crazy from there....First Brennan splashes Evan and shocked him.

Next both of them are just having a blast getting water everywhere.

So Clayton can't take it anymore and leaves...

And everyone gets a piece of the rascals in the pool.

So what if you are a girl with a baby..you get wet too...

Even when you are already wet, you will get wet even more.
