Archive for April 2025

So many events happened in April. Some things weren't big events to have their own posts.

This photo below is right after Abbey's tax season is done and so we went out to celebrate by eating Pho.
Lately the weather's been warming up and Spring flowers and trees are blossoming everywhere. Abbey and Da had many walks in the neighborhood to get some steps in and enjoy this wonderful weather.
FF have some artistic skills. She had some time and hand drew this Studio Ghibli piece. She combined two scenarios into phone drawing. Some of Da's coworkers are impressed with her talent.

FF and another girl scout, Addie, were delegates to the Girl Scouts Chapter National Council, which is the annual gathering of girl scouts and leadership. She met many people and learn what is in plan for the next year for the girl scouts.

The young women had knitting for the graduating seniors. It was quiet impressive to see the large quits made for the young women off to college.
During the quilting, FF also had to study for a big exam for APUSH. So she went into a room and wrote out all the things she needed to study on the blackboard.
On Mother's Day Sunday, we didn't' coordinate but end up wearing matching clothes!

Da had another show and tell of his mission in Sydney. The youth had a blast learning many returned missionaries from their field.
The boys came back home from BYU and you can see how much stuff they have. Clayton is still clamping onto his volleyball.
Our first sit down dinner at home. What a wonderful time!

Since Clayton had decided to go on a mission, he's made many plans. One of the customary things that we must do it to take photos in front of the DC Temple in preparation for his mission to Hong Kong. Afterwards, we ate at his favorite Chinese restaurant, Full Key.
