Abbey with 3.1 kids to care for at home is something of the extraordinary. She keeps them busy by teaching, training, planning and feeding all three while keeping herself sane by talking with other moms. At the end of the each day she wonders why she keeps this up; because at the beginning of each morning she is reminded with the great smiles and kisses from all her kids: Zhao Kids.
On our trip westward, we visisted Liberty Jail, Far West, and Adam-Omdi-Ahman all in one trip. These places are not too far apart but they are significant landmarks where the Saints, especial Joseph Smith's life was impacted the most.
Our second stop is St. Louis Arch in Missouri! This is one of America's iconic landmarks that divides the west from the east part of the US. It sits right on the west side of the Mississippi River. We decided to explore this area where Abbey also found a kids museum for the kids to play. Also bought BBQ ribs from a really good BBQ place that was very closeby.
We even have lunch right under the Arch!
We took the tiny elevator to go up to the top of the Arch. It was a beautiful yet scary sight.
We also went to the St. Louis Science Museum and the kids had a lot fun!
While the kids were having fun at the St Louis Science Center, Da waited in line for two hours to get some delicious ribs from Pappy's.
