The summer's coming to an end. As a last hurrah, we decided to go camping at Cunningham Falls for two nights. It was great! The kids finally had a chance to put up the tent together. It did take some time but they managed to do it!
Since we forgot to bring pots, we improvised with foil to boil water for hot chocolate
We cook many things from corn to salmon and they were all delicious.
Hiking was fun! We even took the hard trail!
SS and I climbed the steep and a little dangerous rocks to the top of the fall.
One great thing about Cunningham Falls is that they have a lake beach there and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it there.
We even brought couple movies to watch! The boys loved Home Alone 2 and Pokemon
While the kids where still sleeping early in the morning, I made a fire and start writing letters in the cool calm morning.
An ingenious idea when you're bored in the car: play tic-tac-toe on your dry legs.
