So FongFong's hair is too long and Abbey wouldn't let me touch her hair. So these are the pictures I saw when I came home one day.

As the summer closes, we were still able to squeeze in one more bit of fun at the county fair with our cousins.

As you can see the above photos are of animals that Abbey took the kids to see during daytime. The following photos are of me taking the boys out and enjoying the rest of the evening at the fair.

I was surprised that Clayton is the one that want to ride the coaster and this photo clearly expresses his feelings about G-force.

We had fun well into the night. We even had funnel cake with all kinds of toppings! In fact the boys didn't want to go home at all. But finally 9:30pm was my cut off time.

It's actually pretty incredible that I've reach this point to have this 1,000th post. Over the last six years or more since we've started blogging, we've changed look and feel of our blog. We started to blog for one main purpose: so the grandparents in Hong Kong can look at their grand kids growing up. Then later it extended to friends all over the country and the world to keep up with us and so we can keep up with their families as well. Although I am not a person of words and most of these posts are of numerous pictures and videos, but there's a saying about a picture is worth a 1,000 words-that means I must be doing pretty well. Hehehe.

One thing great about blogger is that I can back up all my blogs and save them to my computer as oppose to posting them on FB or other social websites where I can not back them up. Also I don't want all my friends and friends of friends of friends in these sites to see some of these photos, so much rather blog it and its a good way to keep an e-journal. As a tribute to this little milestone, I've compiled the template looks of our blog from whence we've started and where are we now in 2011.

Clayton made it to 5 and he has a whole lot of ideas of what he want for his birthday: Go to Chuck E. Cheese, Splash Playground, then to Chik-a-fil for dinner and end with ice cream cake. And that's what we did! He thoroughly enjoyed his birthday for sure! Happy Birthday Clayton!
