It was a great night for the scouts. To celebrate the birth of scouting, Brennan's pack had a Blue and Gold Banquet. Lots of scouts turned out and lots of food were brought by family. The evening included a reptile show and concluded with trophies from the Pinewood Derby Race.

Already claiming his trophy for winning the Pinewood derby race

Clayton's almost like a Zebra being stuck out amongst the other animals (scouts)...

There was definitely quite a bit of scouts there that night.

Someone's a bit nervous?

And then the huge Python comes out....

...and brought a smile

Can you see Clayton lining up to touch the python? (he's the short one)

That's the face of someone who touched a gigantic Python, one big enough to swallow her whole.

"On to the party!!!"

Happy boy with his trophy.

This was a surprise to me: He got a second trophy for having the scout logo on his race car...

Celebratory shot!

Here are videos from the last couple months of our crazy kids through their activities.

These videos are of FF at her gymnastics class

This is my crazy son. He is quite persistent

These are from the Chinese school's New Year Celebration.

FF's bday parties. You bet we won't miss anything.

This is probably the only time it snowed this year so far and that was many weeks ago.

Homework time/ suffering time...almost a daily routine

CC getting his trophy for winning first place in his den in his first year in Cub Scouts Pinewood derby. Abbey spent many Saturdays taking him to the workshops to cut, shape, put the car together. He did most of the work. He even got another trophy for BSA(Boy Scout of America)theme car.

FF loves to help cook pancakes with dad on Saturday mornings. She sits at her favorite spot and help flip the pancakes.

First time she helped mom make chicken Parmesan strips! It was great to see how careful and detail on concentrating to make sure they are perfectly battered and placed on the tray.
