It was just a perfect day to go hiking. It is very rare for our family to not have any activities lined up on Saturday and so happens that the kids didn't' have any activities/classes and Da was not on call, so fully took advantage of this gorgeous day! So on a whim, Da decided to take the family to go hiking at Harper's Ferry. Since the weather has been getting colder and the leaves are falling, the air was cool in the upper 40s/low 50s that we set out to enjoy this beautiful crisp weather. There was definitely a lot of people there and we had a great time!
At night, the family requested to have burgers so FF helped chopped some of the ingredients and even pattied the burgers for me to cook! It was an awesome day!
