After we settled in, changed into yukata, or bathrobes before we went to have dinner. It was an exquisite meal with many different pieces of food to try.
Then we went to the roof where it had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The view was surreal without any other buildings or obstructions to the view. Since it was in the middle of the Summer, there was no snow, we were lucky to catch a patch of cloud circling the top of the mountain.
Mom and FF went to the onsen for the women only and the boys went to the men onsen, Da did not go. Afterwards, we slept in the our tatami. In the morning the family went to more onsen while Da walked around the neighborhood. And we also went to the roof to see the mountain again. It was crisp clear air.
Before we check out, we also had a super fancy breakfast with many many dishes to try.
All in all, it was as perfect hotel stay.
