When Brennan came home from BYU for Winter break, we did a whole lot of family things while all of them are on break from school. It feels good to have everyone back at home. The kids rekindled their siblinghood doing their goofy things.

First things first, mom took them grocery store to buy food to make delicious meals for everyone.

Of course, we don't do this often, but the kids have been craving Sushi. So we all went to have the long awaited cravings. It did not dissapoint

In the midst of all this madness, SS took the time to study his driving skills and took the driving test. One his first try, he passed the test. So now we have another driver in the house.

We also helped Steven and Jamie Chang to babysit their two adorable boys while they went out on a date night. The kids had a blast entertaining the two todlers.

Gramma also wanted to take Brennan to Yumcha. Another crazy that CC wanted while he's home. We ate quite a bit and they kids were satisfied.

So mom's all decked out with Christmas colors to bring something nice to someone

Mom, SS, and FF went to Virginia to one of the Light the World Giving Machines. They enjoyed the spirit of people donating for a good cause during this Christmastime.

FF being creative to bring all five bowls of rice to the dining table.

SS get to play late night volleyball with the adults on Wednesday nights when there was no school. He now has as vertical jump that he can touch the basketball rim.

FF and her girlscout troop also had sushi during the holiday break.

Brother bonding time...over gaming.

Our family also went to the DC Temple Visitors to see the Christmas lights. The kids were doing some sibling bonding.

We also needed to get our Continental subs fix too, before baptisms for the dead.

Brennan, mom, Jen, and Max took the privilege of no school to got to Baltimore Aquarium while the kids went back to school. Then they had a hotpot buffet.

Brennan also request to have Da's burgers before he leaves to back to BYU. We also invited Max and Jen.

We celebrated New Year in our bed. We used to fit all five of us in the bed, now it's only 3. But SS was super excited about New Year.

We finally put up FF Christmas present to cover up her closet. The door was removed so she can use more of the room space.

We CC leave for BYU, Cindy also wanted to invite him and family to dinner.

Mom also made one of Brennan's favorite too: glutenous steamed rice with Chinese sausage. Soooo yum!

FF love CC so much she was willing to wake up at 4am to ride with him to the airport to say goodbye to him.

It's been one wild ride trying to schedule Clayton's patriarchal bless with Patriarch Dickey. We tried to time it when Brennan's home, then he had to leave town, then their family was sick.  Patriarch Dickey was sooo accommodating! and so family on 5th day of Jan 2024 we were finally able to meet for his blessing.  It was a sweet sweet memory for him and Brennan.
