SS joined the Zoom orchestra when he was a freshman. The next couple years because of this busy schedule with the Ulysses program, he was not able to take Orchestra. However, he did join Marching band playing violin because the band didn't have enough flute players. For his senior year, he was intent to take orchestra. Unfortunately, Orchestra and AP digit art were in the same period. He was not ale to take orchestra. However, thanks for his music director Ms. Carpenter, he was able to perform in Marching band, even have the chance to fake playing clarinet marching on the field this last year.
Ms. Carpenter invited SS to play in the Spring orchestra concert so he would be recognized as senior. SS was able skip a few art classes in the morning and practice with the orchestra and performed in this last performance.
