For the 2024 October General Conference was for the books! It was as a wonderful weekend. The weather was beautiful so we did some service for Wesley's family. They had to leave the country for an emergency to take care of his mother, we decided to bike with Max, to enjoy this beautiful weather, from our house to his house which is about 8 miles away. There, Max and Da mowed the lawn while Abbey and FF were inside help clean the cat litter box, refill water and food, and clean the floor. It was a worthy cause, and on our way home, we stopped by McDonald's and had a treat.
The next day, we invited the branch youth to come to our house to watch conference. Afterward they were treated with burgers.
While we're in MD watching General Conference, Clayton is also having a great time watching Conference too! He was invited to his roommate, Theo's home to have lunch with them. The next day Clayton was able to go watch General Conference at the Conference Center with his roommates that Da got 3 tickets for them. SS described how incredible and inspiring watching and listening to the speakers inside the Conference Center. He's already asking tickets to watch the next Gen Conf there.
Clayton still hang out with his friends at other places and play pick up volleyball too.
