This first week of December flew by so quickly, especially since we were all over the place! On Wednesday, we had Zone Conference in Kowloon Tong, and then back to KLT on Friday for the temple, and Wanchai on Sunday for a Christmas rehearsal! But albeit running back and forth and sprinting back to our apartment before curfew several times, this week was filled with blessings and miracles!
One of the biggest blessings was just yesterday, on Sunday. It started Friday night, when one of the Yuen Long sisters' friends, Lora, needed to reschedule her baptism a week earlier so that her mother could attend. Nothing was wrong with it, other than the fact that it gave less than three days to organize her interview and the baptism program!
We missionaries always try to have our members baptize since we move around, but our members who were trying to organize it couldn't find anyone, and called me called Saturday night, inviting me to baptize her! Just yesterday, I was able to baptize for the very first time :)
I am beyond grateful for this opportunity, especially for Lora who was so strong in her faith. So many things happened in such a short amount of time to make this possible, and I know God had a hand in making it happen this way!

Just a quick thought this week since I am running very short on time, but I wanted to share a quote that I heard from our departing devotional this transfer.
This was the first time that I really got to know the missionaries who were leaving, and I wanted to share this quote that Sister Thang shared.
It went,
"[Whenever I am feeling stressed, that's how I know I am relying too much on myself and not the Lord.]"
This transfer has been full of opportunities to grow, but I know He has prepared a way, no matter what occurs. As I trust in the Lord and in the strength of His power, he shall truly direct my paths.

I just wanted to end sharing something super cool this week. The China, Hong Kong mission is a slower one. On average we have had around only four to eight baptisms per month.
Just this week, we had twelve!! As Doctrine and Covenants 88:73 states, (and as my New York godmother shared with me this week), "[the Lord] will hasten [His] work in its time..." and THIS is the time!
