Spring is here!! This past week was a very very fun week for everyone.

Mama took the boys to see Elmo in Rockville. This Elmo looks rather a bit scary.

It's strawberry picking time!

All you can eat strawberries..yeah

Great smile eh?

Legs long enough?

This set is the best. Mama steals Clayton's bike and shoves him to the side to race Brennan only to be burnt by his brother. Hahaha...who gets the last laugh!! hahaha

Clayton does not want to be left out...He'll try to run faster than they can bike.

Clayton is looking into fixing his brother's bike while Brennan rides into the night.

Afterwards there's a Chestnut cake to celebrate early birthdays of the four people's birthday in June. It was a yummy cake that everyone enjoyed.

Yummmm....the best part of the cake.

Sugar high!

On Saturday Brennan went to Black Hills for a short class on types of snakes and varieties that are in our area. Apparently we don't poisonous snakes in our area, all of them are just garden snakes.

It was fun to see a live wild snake living at the Visitor's Center of the park.

When the sun was not warm enough the snake would going back under the deck into hiding. Apparently he was in the stage of shedding his skin too.

The Herpetologist brought her own snake for all the kids to touch. I guess the cool thing is that none of the kids have had bad experiences with snakes that they don't like snakes.
Brennan was really good in class, in fact he raised his hands and asked plenty of questions.

"Teacher I have a question, can a snake eat a elephant?"
10 mins later
"Teacher I have a question, can a snake eat a piggie?"
10 mins later
"Teacher I have a question, can a snake eat a baby?"
5 mins later
"Teacher I have a question, is the snake a boy?"(it was a girl)

At the end of class the kids get to color their snakes and then cut it into a coil looking like a snake.

With a little extra time, we walked along the shore of the lake and found that there were plenty of caterpillars along the walk path and tree. Brennan's showing this special one to a girl. Hehehe

For Mother's Day weekend we up to New York to see old friends. We had a great time though it rained the whole weekend. Mainly we go up there to catch up with everyones' lives.

The older folks sit around and chit chat while the younger kids have other intentions on their minds. What is sad is that some say Da taught Brennan some bad things. But of course, don't believe everything you hear or see in this case. Kids will be kids...right?

Mr. Photogenic. He loves being in front of the camera. Or maybe just very excited to know that he just flashed a girl; one or the other.

I think he can spend more time protecting his little bro being bullied. Hm..wondering what the babysitter (Karen) was doing?...

The kids God-grandpa (on the right) is extremely hospital to us and spoils the God-grandkids a lot. But them all kids of yummy foods and takes them to go shopping. We are not jealous b/c we get our share of being spoiled with great food too.

A little flirting with older females.....

Gets the pretty girl to take a photo with him....

Getting closer and closer.....

And scores a kiss and record it too...what a pimp. If you look at the right, Kaitlyn is watching and being very jealous.

Happy Mother's Day!! ...except Karen, on the right, is not a mom. She was tricked into taking this photo.

Ahhh.....the cooperation of the kids...just lovely.

It was even more fun trying to get just the kids to cooperate to take a picture of them. Good try Karen.

Here's the best result. Kaitlyn gives the most respect. :D

Most of everyone that stopped by to visit up while we were up in NY. Though the whole weekend it rained, it was great to see everyone and how their kids and our kids are just growing so fast.

Abbey got a new Vera Bradley Cambridge Lindsay green handbag for Mother's Day (below) to replace the old and torn 2002 Vera Bradley Provincial Red shoulder bag she used everyday (above). With her old bag she used to only be able to put a couple things in there, with the new bag she can fit all her stuff in there and all the kids food and there's still space left in there. Happy Mother's Day!
