2013 Mid January

I can't believe the year has passed and I have not posted anything. I guess time does fly. But here's what we're up to.

Brennan and I went to a Cub Scouts camp-in at the Science Museum in Balt. He has a lot of fun with other scouts, playing , experimenting, and learning all kinds of awesome stuff including watching the planet in the Planetarium and the Imax theater.

By coincidence, I went to the home improvement store to buy a couple things bring FF and SS with me. While I was walking around looking for a couple things, there was a lot of noise coming from one area of the store and behold, they had a kids birdhouse workshop! They had a lot of fun!

(yes, she did slam the hammer on her own fingers but didn't cry)

Snowball fight!

It's was a great opportunity that it snowed again, on a Saturday. I get to spend some time with the kids having snowball fights in front of our house. It was definitely a whole lot of family fun. And I end up taking two hour nap to recuperate.

First snow fall of the season!

The kiddos have been waiting and praying for snow for a while. It was snowing in the morning and we quickly checked the weather.com to see how long it would last. Mama was hesitated to go out but after she found out the snow would turned to rain in a couple hours and dear Daddy called from work to remind her to take the kids out for fun. She announced to everyone "WE ARE GOING OUT TO PLAY IN THE SNOW!!"

It didn't take long before everyone was bundled up and ready to play...even though there were just a few inches of snow accumulated on the ground. They had a blast. Snow turned to ice drop and then to rain. We did have an hour of fun.
