2014 Pinewood Derby

Since we had guests from Hong Kong this year, the boys didn't spend much time on their cars. They went to the first workshop and finished them at home.

Clayton picked the slim design this year.

 

Mr. Hightman helped him to cut it out.

 Brennan still had the same shape from last year.




The boys put the weights last minute, the weights were all on the top.

Clayton's Winter Group Recital

Winter Semester comes to the end. Clayton had his recital. This time he graduated from Twinkle class and he is now in Book 1 class. He performed five songs in the program.














Grandma came to see him this time. Clayton got a red pocket from grandma.




Clayton loves his teacher, Ms. Leslie Smile.

FongFong's fifth birthday

We had a very bad snowstorm on Cayleigh's birthday this year. We invited eight girls but only two girls made it. Daddy did take a day off and took FF to grocery shop and got her balloon and party supplies.

We baked heart shaped cupcakes. She wanted to do it all by herself, "because it is MY birthday!"


"Opps mommy, I got the shell in there." She was concerned. Of course mommy took the shell out.

Finally FF allowed big brother after many "please" from Brennan.


First, we made sugar cookies









We decorated the plates.





We made princess bracelets. 


















Then we decorated the cookies with different icing.

 



















Finally, we decorated cupcakes and sang happy birthday to FF.
