Yeah! We finally have snow for this winter and it came with some strength-in the form of record breaking blizzard or some call it Snowmageddon! The name of the storm is Jonas. As of Saturday 1/23/16 noon we have over 24 inches of snow. We are forecasted to have 6-12" more snow before it slows down. In anticipation of the snow, all schools, government agencies, and even train/bus systems have closed early Friday afternoon for this snow storm. It started to snow Friday afternoon and has been non-stop all day Saturday.
During this snow storm we took the kids out to shovel snow Friday night once. The next day we went out to shovel, it looked as if we didn't shovel snow at all. But the kids had fun playing in the snow and since they're older this year they did help out more to actually shovel snow.

After a night of shoveling snow, the kids were treated to watch a movie, they chose Pokemon. Mom was already asleep for the night by 9:30pm
