When Abbey heard about the Richmond VA Temple open house, she booked tickets for 6 car loads. She then reached out to the church members and invited them. It was only a 2.5 hours drive. Da also invited his high school friend, Shen Yu, since they live in Richmond to go to the open house as well.
Since Da is the Branch President and in charge of the youth, for General Conference he invited the youth and their families and even missionaries to watch General Conference, have BBQ, watch 2nd session, and even have music practice. A total of 25 people were at the house. Some even stayed to watch a movie afterward.
