After a long day at Universal Studios, we were ready for day 4. There wasn't much planned today but since we knew the Ly family was in Florida too, the kids wanted to meet up with them to hang out. So we drove two hours, which turned into 3 hours, to Sarasota to meet them at the beach. Even though there was traffic and we stopped by to get food, we made it to the beach two hours before they arrived. They were only 20 mins from the beach, but they have younger kids. It was a very windy day that day but nonetheless the kids played well together while the adults stayed under the shade to chat. After the beach, they all wanted to go for some yummy local ice cream. We planned on having dinner together too but it was getting late and if we had dinner with them, we would have left that area well past 9pm and still have to drive the two hours back to our camp site, so we decided to go home while still early at night and cook at our campsite.

On day 3, we got up bright and early so we can take advantage of entering the park one hour before the general public. So we cut it really close and arrived just only five minutes before the park opens! We were able to get in line at almost to the front before the rest of the people lined up all the way in the back. We end up going to many rides without much people in the morning. The kids wanted to do more Harry Potter so we rode the train between two locations so they can use their wands and do magic spells on certain places.

We left the park during mid day and the rain poured for about three hours. By the time we went back to the park, most of the rides were closed due to lightning. We waited for another hour and decided to go back. Only Clayton and Cayleigh wanted to go to the water parks while Brennan and Abbey wanted to rest in the car, so Da went with the younger two. Since many people left after the rain storm, Da and the kids enjoyed the ride many many times since there weren't many people in the water rides. About two hours later, towards night time, Abbey and Brennan went back in the park to enjoy the rest of the night seeing other shows.
