The Zhao Family

 While all the grandkids are back in town from college, Da's parents wanted to have a family New Year's Eve dinner. 

When the kids were younger, we would have Chinese New Year's eve dinner, but because all the kids, except for Cayleigh and Phoenix, will be at college, so we had a wonderful and delicious dinner that Da's dad prepared. 

Some played card games, Clayton played Chinese Chess with grandpa, and others just hang around and chatted. 

 For this year, as a Christmas present to the kids, instead of giving them presents, we decided to give them an experience. Many years ago, back in 2006 we took Abbey's parents with CC as a 2yo and SS as an infant to Medieval Times to watch a jousting show. FF wasn't even born yet. 

So this year their Christmas present was to go to Medieval Times. Da's sister came along too. The kids  really enjoyed it.
