This year we broke tradition; instead of setting up the Christmas tree the first weekend of December, we setup the Christmas tree on Thanksgiving Day!
Da looked at the family schedule and looks like we will be booked many weekends leading up to Christmas. FF invited Catherine and Max. They had a blast!
After finish setting up the tree, the girls painted nails while Max didn't want any part of it!
One of the main reason Jacob wants to come with us to New York is so he can go to Flushing to eat his favorite cold noodle that he loves from childhood hometown.
So we spent Saturday in Flushing. The very first thing we did when we park, Jacob went straight to the food court restaurant and bought his noodle. He immediately inhaled that plate of noodles. We bought some foods, went walk around shopping, and then ate more at Flushing.
When we were done, we went back to Diane's home, where Kaiye has been preparing the dinner meal since late morning. He cooked the best foods and we ate like kings! We also brought our karaoke equipment and sang a lot too! Brennan video chat with Diane, Kaiye, and NY friends.
The next day we went to church and meet up with church friends and then headed back home. Kaiyi, very biased to FF bought 'for her only' a lot of food to take home. It took 5.5 hours to get home.
