This year we have 9 scouts, as opposed to last year we have 16, and the oldest scout is Brennan who just turned 14 in June so he became the Senior Patrol Leader (spl). We also have an additional scout leader parent to be with us, Brother Christensen, which helped a lot. At scout camp, all the kids were very well behaved and got a lot of merit badge completions. Although, we did have a bear that walked through our tent while the boys were still sleeping in the early morning, unlike last year where the bear was at our camp site eating all our food. For cooking dinner, we went to a local restaurant called, Sarahs, and everyone had burgers there. The best part was the 'medium' ice cream cone that is like extra large...it was a lot of ice cream.
