This past weekend it was so hot that we had to take the boys to an outdoor place. Our friends invited us to join them at the Splash playground. It really nice for the boys to run around and get wet. As you can see, Clayton and Brennan has no fears of the water. It was lots of fun!

We were really glad that our friends had water toys and buckets for the boys to be entertained. For some reason, Clayton is really into turtles right now.

No fear at all.

It has come to and end for the summer indoor swimming. Here are some progress for the boys.

Clayton has learned to kick on his back and on his belly. While Da has learned to gain more weight. (Just don't at him so much and you won't notice too much)

Clayton has learned on the count of three, he can hold his breath and so Da can dunk him under water. He has also learned to hold his breath long enough to put his head under water to reach for objects.

In the beginning Clayton refused to use a bar-bell but once he learned how useful it can to help him manuever around the pool, he has started to paddle really fast too with the bell.

(Looks like a child abduction)

Had to get that out ..

Well Brennan has progressed fairly well. He's learned to swim all by himself with the dumb bells swimming on his stomach and back. He also learned to jump into the water and start hand strokes with feet kick and swim under water for several feet at a time. This will be the last lesson that Da will get to swim him because the succeeding lessons will be taught by teachers only. Da enjoyed all the lessons with Brennan and will surely miss swimming with him.

Mr. Brennan get to enjoy his full hour at the Little Gym. I believed he enjoyed it immensely. Though he's only trying it on that day, he actually had more fun than those kids to attend there regularly.

This is how Brennan likes it: Ladies following him.

I-Beam: cake

Swing: no problem.

Due to Brennan's body mass, it took him a bit more effort to put both feet on the bar.

A little heavy footed.

The whole hour was ended nicely with a surf.

So we have nothing else better to do when waiting for mom grocery shopping. I mean why torture the boys to go inside to buy boring things such as food than to take shots of ourselves.

What can you say: Copycats

Enjoy life one minute at a time.

Hahaha..some weird family photo.

Hahaha..some even weirder couple.

All my boys are sleeping (including the BIG one), so I take this chance to post this. Da has been taking care of this blog and posting all the fun picture and videos of the boys. He does that just mainly because my parents rely on this blog to see pictures of the grandkids. My parents doesn't know how much he does in the family and I hope if you get a chance to meet my parents, please "praise" Da in front of them, so they know how lucky I am to have such a GOOD man and appreciate him more.

A Good man is:

- Willing to wake up at 6:00am to go to work, just because his wife need him to be at home at 4:15pm to take care the boys.

- Willing to cook pancakes with the boys and take the boys to swimming every Saturday morning, just so the wife can sleep in and take a break.

- Willing to eat old (more than 2-3 days old) leftover and never complain about it, just so the wife can eat out whenever she wants.

- Willing to skip his own needed nap after work, just so the boys can go to the playground when the wife is too tired as Prego.

- Willing to sing and talk to the new baby even we know for sure the baby doesn't really know yet.

- Willing to sleep on the couch when he is on-call from the Hospital work at night, just so he will not wake up the wife in the middle of the night.

The list goes on and on......just so you can see Da is such a GOOD man and I am just so LUCKY to have him. He loves his family and put us always in FIRST priority. We love you, DA!!

(PS: Remember to mention how good he is too my parents!!! Thanks in advance!!)

This is more of what we, as parents, like to see our kids doing: playing together (at least it lasted for five minutes)

A musician and a dancer; a nice pair.

Our little monkey boy at 22 months and already having a great time on the monkey bars. Maybe we should nickname him "Little Monkey" from now on since his Chinese name sounds close to it and his personality. Hehehe

I think when Brennan was younger he did not know what 'scared' was because since the balloon accident, he never liked the sound of booms or pops-in fact he is very scared and shakes whenever he hears the sounds. So for our Fourth we tried to convince him to see the fireworks: we stayed at home and went to bed early. We tried. We can still hear the fireworks going off so Brennan would run crying to our room saying he's scared covering his ears. Fifteen minutes later, the fireworks were done. Silence at last; moments later thanks to the surrounding neighbors setting off little firecrackers here and there, we were up until past midnight for everything to settle. Maybe next year we will try once again.

Other than that, we were treated to an excellent breakfast and lunch by the Tsai family. It was delicious and great fun!!

My big 3-0 birthday just passed and I reflected on another year of my life. I got baptized on my birthday in 1997. This year comes and goes and I am grateful for all the blessings as usual.

This year I was in Primary and let me tell you. It's a really "humbling" experience. If you say teaching is hard. Teaching young children is super hard. Just to think what will be interesting to them and what can keep their attention on me - "eye on me" is a difficult task. But I did learn a lot from the leaders in the Primary and other teachers.

As our family grow bigger and older, we realize time passes so quickly. We try to spend time with the boys and keep up with them. I quit writing for my journal for more than 2 years. Now I regret it so badly. I pick up again this morning and I am so glad that I did. Memories will last as I record them in writing.

I am grateful for a lovely Husband and my cute boys. Even though my blood pressure is constantly in high level. I still love them dearly =)

I love the gospel and I am grateful that I joined the Church 11 years ago. My priorities will not be this clear and my life will not be as happy if I had not made this decision. I know the Church is true and I will try my best to do what I need to do =) Thanks for being my friends and being here for me.
