On a beautiful Memorial Day weekend, we went biking in Cumberland. The last time we were there was for scout camping back in 2012. It was our first family camping and the kids were still small and we were not prepared. It was the coldest night of the year with 10-15 mph winds, then temperature went below zero and we were not prepared. Gladly the scout leader gave us enough coverings.

Fast forward 8 years and our whole family is biking around that area. First we biked at Rocky Gap around the lake, had picnic lunch, then to Cumberland for ice cream. We drove to Frostburg to start our 15 miles biking adventure to Cumberland train station, it was all downhill. However Abbey didn't want the younger two and herself to bike the 15 miles back uphill, so CC and Da biked 5 miles and headed back to get the van to meet everyone at Cumberland train station.

During this Covid19, our kids doesn't have school and have been staying home. So to get them out of the house, we take them back to memory lane to our old lake when they were just a few years old. See bottom for photos of when they were young...
