Rarely do I post other blogs let alone other people's blogs. This morning when I received and email about an update from one of my good friend's page, I thought it was an ordinary post about her ordinary activities though the headline read: "Forever Missionaries" I thought she was so influenced that she's preparing herself to be a missionary. In my mind when I read that headline I was pretty ecstatic that she's totally changed her life to started wanting to be a missionary, but I was wrong. Instead she wrote a 'thank you' note to us of how grateful she is to Abbey and I for helping her over the years. I am not writing to boast myself but to show my sincerity and humbleness to how the Lord blesses us in so many ways. Since I've finished my mission and left Sydney in April 2001, we've actually only kept in touch via online chat and have not seen each other in person since then.

Marjorie, thank you for being such a great friend as well. I know you've gone through a lot the last few years, and you're quite strong to survive it! I've learned so much from you and your exemplary personality and I wish you continue doing what is good for you. Personally, the best way to be forget your worries and find yourself is to follow the words of King Benjamin in Mosiah 2:17. I know it works because yourself that example to me.

School's finally out and did Abbey pack a week of activities for the family. From strolling at the park, to picking blueberries, ending the week with Brennan's birthday party and everything else in between.

Let's start the week with Clayton and Cayleigh taking a stroll at the lake and enjoying the ducks/geese there.

The boys recovering the rocket after it launched at the 4H club.

The boys helping mom to bake the cake for me! It was very delicious!

What more fun than to pick yummy blueberries straight from the plant. Then enjoy it by making blueberry smoothie! Oh so delicious!

We went to the library for their annual community day! The kids enjoy their arts, crafts, and snocones!

We had Brennan's birthday part at the pool at his request! Many of his friends showed and really enjoyed the pool party!

After an exhaustive week, we relaxed at home and see how Abbey is feminizing Cayleigh! while Clayton is just enjoying his planes that he won at last week's BBQ.

My boys are growing up so fast..just a few months ago they just got started at school. Clayton was extremely excited to start school and Brennan was lost going to a new school. Since then, they both have learned so much and grown so much that there might be tear coming down (sniff sniff) Congratulations to my boys on completing a school year with much success.

Brennan met 'some friends' and he seems like to like their company.

This past weekend we were swamped. We started back swimming again and the kids love it. Then Brennan had his T-ball game which was followed by a team ice cream party and immediately we went a our friend Jame's company BBQ. On top of that, the weather was about 93 degrees and 80% humidity; fun! You might see an occasional sweat or two in these photos.

At the BBQ they had car racing on a small track! The boys enjoyed it a bit.

Mama and daughter 'beauty' moment

A little warm up...

It's outta here

This post is fairly old but I didn't have time to post it and if I don't post it now, Cayleigh might be driving already. But as the title states, please try not to laugh (too much) I hope when she is older she won't have a grudge anymore...hahaha.

Does this mean she forgives me?

We had an awesome Memorial Day Weekend! We(Brennan) cleaned the house, visited the White House (sorry no photos since we're not allowed to take cameras there), visited Arlington Cemetery, Gravelly Point Park next to the airport, and end the week with having a BBQ at the Changs!

We started with a little Spring cleaning around the house. Brennan was ecstatic to help out and get the weekend started.

First stop: Arlington Cemetery to visit a great friend and pay tribute for his service.

You see how the kids get along so well for the photo op??

Then we stopped by Gravelly Point Park next to Reagan Airport. It was fun!
