2024-08 Spain-UK trip Day 5
It was our last day at Barcelona. Abbey's brother, Ian's family and mom, already left early that morning. Our flight was later in the afternoon. We toured some more of the city and shops.
Since the brothers are not going to be in town during FF's bday ,they both decided to chip in to buy her a beatiful little chicken from Swarovski in Barcelona.
Then we continue walking around town to Mercat de la Boqueria, basically a market for all types of local foods.
Afterward, we continue to walk through the alleyways of downtime to shop around.
After shopping, we flew back to London. Since there was a delay with Ian's flight, we decided to take the train from Heathrow all the way to Colchester. It was about two and half hours long but was enjoyable ride.
