August was as crazily busy month. We have many things going on and yet Abbey and Da actually had a preview of being empty nesters as FF went to Utah for a week. It was a odd feeling week. We came home and it was too quiet. Abbey spent most of her time on the phone while Da spent it on his computer. Dinner was very simple since neither of us want to cook too much nor wash too many dishes.
Another thing we did was to drive around and visit people. We visited Cindy's mom, whom we haven't visited for a very long time. We took her to see her daughter Cindy at the Taipei restaurant, whom she haven't seen her daughter for over a year.

On 8/7, Da's middle friend, Antonio officially sworn in as an American citizen. After all these decades, what a momentous time for him! He got a bit emotional too.

There's a new Japanese shop opened nearby and Abbey and FF decided to go shopping, and bought a tomato stuff thing...
Wesley's family invited us to visit them camping. It is their first time going camping so we stopped by and visited them.
